Your San Francisco tour begins with the Golden Gate Bridge, one of the most symbolic of American landmarks. Bring a camera to capture the incredible images from the Golden Gate Bridge, easily the most well known bridge in the world. If there is enough time and not too much fog, at the end of the bridge you will be able to take in the scenery from Vista Point and take photos before continuing on. You will travel past the coastal mountains to reach Muir Woods.
Tour the maze of massive Redwood trees that tower over you. These trees are among the oldest and largest living things on the planet and are truly awe-inspiring. You will spend over an hour in this beautiful and peaceful forest. From Muir Woods you will travel to perhaps the most beautiful town in California, Sausalito. Tour this quaint town with a Mediterranean feel, filled with exquisite food and incredible little shops. From Sausalito you will return in your air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel. If you would like to spend more time in Sausalito and explore the area more, then you can stay there longer and take a 25-minute ferry (price not included) back to the San Francisco whenever you are ready to return).

Please note: This tour may operate in reverse order. Due to regulations enacted by the National Park Service for tours visiting Muir Woods, tour departure times are scheduled to fall between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM and are assigned no more than two weeks in advance for this tour. This tour is recommended for guests in port all day, with flexibility in tour time.

Mr. Miller is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for Abercrombie & Kent, the World's leading luxury travel company. In that role, Mr. Miller was responsible for contributing to Abercrombie & Kent's international growth through the development and acquisition of tour products and travel experiences around the world with a specific focus on cruising and land based experiences. Prior to joining Abercrombie & Kent, Mr. Miller held a variety of executive positions with Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises for more than a decade. These positions included Vice President of Guest Sales & Service, Vice President of Brand Development, and Vice President of Onboard Revenue (which included shore excursions). Mr. Miller also led Celebrity Expeditions, a collection of outstanding and unique tours around the World.
Michael Bonner
Mr. Bonner has over a decade of experience working in the cruise industry in a variety of roles for both Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and Viking River Cruises. Most recently, Mr. Bonner was the Chief Operating Officer for The Scholar Ship, a Royal Caribbean program aimed at providing college students onboard educational programs in conjunction with enriching shore excursions around the world. Mr. Bonner also helped co-manage Viking River Cruises U.S. Operations, and he ran the corporate, strategic, and deployment planning functions at Royal Caribbean. While at Royal Caribbean, Mr. Bonner was responsible for forming Royal Celebrity Tours, Royal Caribbean's land-based tour operation in Alaska, which takes cruise passengers on multiple day tours through the interior of Alaska either before or after their cruises.
